BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS.

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Wageni Safari Tours Ltd By confirming a booking, you agree to the following:

• Prices are “from”, per person, based on double and triple share accommodation and for travel in high season. Seasonal surcharges and blackout dates will apply, Limited seats/spaces and all pricing is subject to change and availability. Rates for other type of accommodation are available on request – please inquire.
• Once you approve the quote, we will need final dates to confirm availability. Once availability is confirmed we will send you an invoice. We will need a 30% deposit to confirm bookings with the respective lodges.
• Please note that we will need 30% deposit 60 days prior to arrival to confirm the booking and make all accommodation and logistics arrangements. The remaining 70% will be due 30 days before arrival. Alternatively, you can make full payment to ensure you get accommodation as per itinerary. Please note that from July to December is the high season and most hotel are booked in advance.

 

PAYMENTS METHODS:

We accept the following payment options:

• Bank transfer
• Credit/Debit card
• Cash (USD)

Any bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation:

1. More than 30 days before arrival: partial refund (excluding service fees)
2. 15 – 30 days before arrival: 50%cancellation fee

• Less than 15 days: no refund

Note: Some services (lodges, flights, permits) may have separate cancellation policies.

CHANGES ON BOOKING:

• Any changes to confirmed bookings should be requested as early as possible.
• We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
• Additional costs may apply.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

• Travel insurance is highly recommendedfor all clients.
• Insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and trekking.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance.
• Our guides follow strict safety standards, especially for mountain trekking.

 

EVENTS BEYOND CONTROL:

We are not responsible for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
